1. General provisions
These Terms of Service define the general conditions of interaction between website users and BridgeLine Cargo when submitting delivery quote requests, consultation requests or contact forms.
2. Scope of service
BridgeLine Cargo allows users to submit requests for delivery cost estimates for parcels, documents, personal belongings, commercial and groupage cargo between Russia and Turkey.
3. Website request
Submitting a website form does not automatically create a transportation agreement. After receiving a request, a specialist contacts the client to clarify cargo details, route, timing, restrictions and preliminary cost.
4. Prices and timing
Delivery price and timing depend on route, weight, volume, cargo type, pickup city, destination city, urgency and additional conditions. Information on the website is provided for general reference.
5. Cargo restrictions
Some goods may be prohibited or restricted for shipment. The client must provide accurate information about cargo contents before handing over the shipment.
6. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy of information provided, including cargo description, contact details, addresses, weight and other data required for calculation and delivery processing.
7. Changes to terms
BridgeLine Cargo may update these Terms of Service. The current version is always available on this page.
